One of the most essential thing in our life. Cause it plays a vital role for our healthy life. We should consume about in average of 2500ml in a day for good health. Not having water in a proper time or for a long time can lead lead to dehydration. Which is bad and can also lead you to death. A person can't stay more than 3 days alive without having a water.
It's essential everywhere either you go for the walk, travel or in a long journey.
Have a kit a water bottles with you whereveryou go.
So I just suggest to you everyone for having a water in your daily life by timetably.
